Of course I am going to wholeheartedly recommend Tantra and meeting with me as an amazing way to feel fantastic!
 But beyond that, I have some suggestions that I feel will genuinely help you to feel your very best everyday !
Getting healthier is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s the result of a multitude of small choices that we make over the long haul such as, running or walking instead of driving to the corner market. However, even the healthiest of health nuts long for something quick and easy. To that end, here’s a roundup of scientifically proven ways to boost your mental and physical wellness in less time than it takes to read this article.

Yes that's right, show off those pearly whites and bring that twinkle to your eyes! Research has shown that smiling reduces stress and helps the body (and mind) recover quicker from it. It has also been shown to lower the heart rate and increases endorphins and dopamine levels. Smiling more can lead to happiness. If you're not particularly feeling it, fake it until you make it! ❤️

Move your body:

Studies show that everything from alertness and mood, to the lymphatic system improves if we are more consistently active throughout the day. In other words, our bodies were designed to move. Take every chance you get to add extra activity into your day. Walk instead of ride, choose the stairs instead of the elevator, sit on a bouncy ball at your desk. Studies show those short periods of activity do benefit you!
